JaBack is a program which lets you back up your files and folders to periodic backups of documents, photos and anything else that is important. The files are saved in ZIP format to reduce the amount of disk space occupied.

You can schedule the backups to be executed for a certain period of time in hours, days, weeks, etc. You must define the destination of the backup files. They may be the disk itself, or an external drive; There is even an option to send via FTP to a remote server, or send via email. These last options add security, because in the event of a failure in the local storage device, or in case of theft, updates can be made through remote backups.

Another interesting utility that has this tool is to configure the option of making file backups automatically each time they are modified. It can be important when writing documents and you want to keep backups from previous versions.
