PNotes is a program that allows you to add notes to the desktop, simulating Post-It, classic notes of yellow paper that are pasted on the monitor or elsewhere, and serve as reminders of dates, expirations, meetings, birthdays, and so on.

When scheduling an event, you have the possibility to generate a note on the desktop, always visible, with the details of it, But you also have the option of generating a reminder alert (an audible alarm) that remembers the scheduled event at the time. Support for sending e-mail, for example, when scheduling a meeting for a certain date, the application can automatically send emails to more than one address to remember that commitment. Another interesting feature of this application is the ability to read the notes, but for the moment only does it correctly in English.

The program can also be used as a personal diary since the scheduled events are saved and can be consulted at any time, being easily navigable, in addition to supporting searches. It has a tool to make periodic backups of all stored information.

Notes can be customized, having several skins to download, but you can also add a background image, control the degree of transparency to be more or less visible, and change the format of the text. Supports predefined smilies to add to notes.

Access to the program can be password protected so that third parties can not edit or delete messages, and messages can be encrypted so others can not read them.

PNotes 9.0 (9.0.110) is the latest version available (updated August 2012) of this complete event organizer that requires no installation.
